Binding Client Protocol

Understanding the role of a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P).

Cherie Miranda is a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) and holistic health coach. Services, lifestyle protocols, and functional lab test analyses provided by CM Holistic Wellness are intended to educate, inform, and guide clients on self-care, wellness habits, diet, and lifestyle improvements. CM Holistic Wellness does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any specific disease or medical condition. All recommendations are designed to uncover hidden metabolic stressors and support normal biological functions rather than manage pathology.

Key stipulations:
  • FDN practitioners do not prescribe pharmaceutical medications or perform medical procedures.
  • Functional wellness assessments explore subclinical imbalances, not diagnostic disease classifications.
  • You must continue active care and regular check-ups with your licensed primary care physician.
